HOW COMMITTED ARE YOU to the Film?
Everyone understands scheduling conflicts. However, as an actor you have to know your limitations on how many times you can ask to change the film schedule based on your needs.
Every project is an audition for a future role. If the crew finds it difficult to accommodate you then your chance of being cast in a future project dramatically drops. Before signing on with a new film ask yourself, “Am I available during their projected production dates?” This will save you frustration over the schedule and save the first AD from a headache. 🙂
